Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your Sanom Beauty order. If something is not right, here is how our returns process works.

Your Right to Return

You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund. This applies to most unopened and unused products returned in their original condition and packaging.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your order, during which you may cancel your purchase and return items regardless of the reason.

Prepaid Returns

We offer prepaid, postage-paid returns. You will not be charged for return postage on eligible items. Contact us to request your prepaid returns label.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our team via the contact form or by emailing info@sanombeauty.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will send you a prepaid returns label by email.
  3. Pack your item(s) securely — ideally in the original packaging where possible.
  4. Attach the prepaid label to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest designated drop-off point.
  5. Keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been processed.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and consumer protection reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or were incorrectly supplied:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with a broken hygiene seal
  • Products returned after 28 days from the date of delivery

Faulty or Incorrectly Supplied Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Attach photographs of the fault or damage where possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the credit. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
