We want your order to reach you as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about delivery for orders placed with Sanom Beauty.
Free UK Delivery
Enjoy free standard UK delivery on all orders over £25. A standard delivery charge applies to orders under £25 — the exact amount is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Estimates
Most UK orders are delivered within 3–5 working days of dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During busy promotional periods, please allow an additional working day.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders placed on working days as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Tracking Your Order
Your dispatch confirmation email will include a tracking link so you can follow the progress of your delivery. If you have not received this within 2 working days of placing your order, please contact us and we will look into it.
Delivery Address
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. We cannot redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. Sanom Beauty cannot be held responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout.
Remote Areas and Offshore Locations
Deliveries to some remote UK addresses — including parts of the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man — may take longer than the standard estimate. If your order is affected, we will contact you before dispatch.
International Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. We hope to extend delivery to international destinations in the future. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when this becomes available.
Lost or Damaged Deliveries
If your order appears to be lost or arrives in a damaged condition, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of any damage to the product or outer packaging. We will work with our delivery partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
